Café Time, set in the oldest part of the hotel that boasts an original 16th century hand painted paneled ceiling, provides guests ideal surroundings to meet friends and colleagues and enjoy the quality food and drink on offer from the extensive menu. An exciting, cutting-edge feature of the Merchant’s House Hotel is the Ice Bar, serving a large selection of frozen drinks in glasses hand-fashioned from ice. During the summer months guests can relax on the terrace in front of the hotel, where they can sit in comfort and watch the world go by, while having a drink or experiencing the fabulous cuisine. Alternatively, they can enjoy an al fresco breakfast, lunch or dinner and drinks in the tranquil open courtyard within the confines of the hotel.
